Peter sold my mother’s house in 2017, and sold my house in 2019. As Peter will tell you, the staging and preparation of the house are the “fun” part, after that it is a full contact sport. Peter knows the ropes, and knows how to find all the people you will need to prepare your house for sale. His mother was a top realtor, and his father was a builder, so Pete knows how to do things that other realtors don’t. He has an irrepressible sense of humor which comes in handy. He can also provide reassurance that only comes from experience. Believe me, when selling your house, you want him on the roller coaster with you. I suppose we could have done it without him, but I really don’t know how.
